We’re in Spain, docked at Palamos. Emily got sick with some infection on day 2. I’m resting and all that, but achiness, swollen throat, and fever won’t stop me.
The students are going well. We got a free salsa lesson yesterday on board by the “godfather of salsa.” Spanish is coming back to me and Rachel poco a poco. Joy & Mily are at home and translating for us whenever we turn around. Andrea is trying hard to communicate through Itali-Spanish. Loren is such a champ, and doing well on the boat despite the rocking.
We’re in Girona this weekend to share at the church - Mily will give her testimony and the students are sharing the song “Blessed be your name.”
We’re learning lots about the ship so we can help maintain it starting on Monday. Next week sometime we leave for Barcelona and we’ll be there through Christmas.
